Pi Tracker Premium Terms of Service

Premium Access Agreement

These terms apply to users who purchase Premium access for Pi Tracker#5584 (“Premium Users”). By purchasing Premium, you agree to the following:

1. Payment

Premium access is granted in exchange for the specified one-time payment in USD or Pi. To activate Premium, users must send the required Pi amount along with their Discord user ID to the specified wallet or purchase via Buy Me a Coffee.

2. Access & Features

Premium unlocks additional features in Pi Tracker#5584, including:

• Access to exclusive commands and new features
• Viewing the fiat value of your Pi wallet in your preferred currency
• Expanded preferred currency support beyond USD and EUR
• Ability to set and monitor your personal wallet with /mywallet, including balance and fiat value
• Unlimited Pi-to-fiat conversions in any currency using /convert
• Premium status displayed in /whois

3. Refunds

All Premium payments are final. No refunds will be issued. Please ensure you provide the correct Discord user ID when submitting payment.

4. User Obligations

Premium features are for the purchaser’s personal use only. Sharing or reselling Premium access is prohibited and may result in termination of Premium privileges.

5. Limitations & Liability

Pi Tracker#5584 and its developer are not liable for any loss of Pi, technical issues, or misuse of Premium access. Premium access is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.

6. Support

7. Changes

The developer reserves the right to modify Premium features or terms at any time. Continued use of Premium features constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
